Sy Fine Normally, when you double click on the downloaded file, it should unpack the files and then start the installation.  It appears that it didn't complete for you.  In that folder, look for setup.exe and double click on that.  Let us know if that works for you.  Please respond only to the list (users@openoffice.org) and not directly to me. --
