My e-mail client allows me to ignore all confirmations. Look for such an
option in your e-mail client.
Thanks, I'm using Thunderbird. Though, I suppose I should allow
confirmations as a courtesy to those who don't abuse the concept.
Asking for a return receipt to the recipients of a mailing list is
annoying IMO. I ignore all return receipt requests from public mailing
lists. FYI, you can set your preferences at Edit->Account
Settings->Return Receipts in Thunderbird.
