I'm using OOo 2.3.O. How do I get rid of the US English spell check?
Currently, although UK English is system (XP) default, every time I use
spell check US English pops up. If I change to UK English for a word
addition to user dictionary, the next word will revert to US English.
This makes spell checking tedious because of the continued changing word
by word US to UK.
What's the answer?

NB: I've used OOo since V.1.1.
Have you added the UK English dictionary?
"File > Wizards > Install new dictionaries"
