Robert,

I have followed this up on the Zotero forum, and it seems a small proportion
of people have had the same problem with couple of solutions working for
some of the people, but possibly not for others. (Threads go dead without an
apparent resolution). I have now tried all the solutions offered and none
have worked, so have given up.
