Hi Tin

1) There are several ways to do this
Either you will need to save your open office file as a Word or Excel
document. To do this use >file >Save As and Choose the Office file type,
please make sure the "Automatic file extension" is ticked.
Or you can choose file Send E-mail as Microsoft word.
There are other options using PDF format but you have requested sending
the file to Ms Office so I have not specified those

2) Use OpenOffice to create a PDF file
Use >File >Export as PDF and then follow the instructions.
