If you save as the ISO/IEC 26300 ODF format (which you really should do if you ask me), which has file extensions ods, odt and so on, the Microsoft Office user needs a plugin to open your files, since their Office suite otherwise fails to open a document that follows an international standard. 2.If a file composed under OPEN OFFICE has to be trensformed into a PDF > file, what kind of software/version is to be used ? As someone already said, just export the file to PDF using OpenOffice.org. Other ways are possible, but why bother? J.R. Reply will be appreciated. > > From: Tin
