Well, 3 different downloads later, I have learned that:

1. There are some very nice little utilities out there that can remap almost
everything on a Windows keyboards. 

2. "Almost" does not appear to include the AltGr function. I wrote off to
one of the authors, and he simply has never heard of that key. 

Oh, well!

Alrighty, great suggestion, I searched a wee bit and found KeyTweak, Windows
keyboard remapper, freeware available at:

http://www.freewareweb.com/cgi-bin/archive.cgi?download=1&ID=1698

Just installed and opened it, looks quite straightforward to use, as long as
it's not buggy. (No time yet to test that out. :):)

No idea... I seldom run Windows. However, Google probably will result in
some info. Try Windows XP +international keyboard
