Hello, I was told to download the free version of "Open Office" so I could open emails sent to me from person using "Open Office, or Power Point". As it is now I can't open either of these, it always wants to instrall "Windows Installer". I don't know how to use the free version that I did download. All I got was an icon on my desktop, & still can't open these files when sent to me. Have I not done something right in the downloading? Can you advise, please? Thank [EMAIL PROTECTED]
