You may be looking in the context menu, where the choices are only
single, double, and 1.5. Instead, go to Format | Paragraph... or
right-click | Paragraph... and then the Indents & Spacing tab. Under
"Line spacing" you will see a drop-down menu of seven choices, and in
some of these cases an additional choice of scaling in the box to the
right. You may want to select "Fixed" and "0.2in". (You can type
values into the scaling box if appropriate.)
Note that this characteristic is also a property of paragraph styles,
and you may wish to investigate creating a paragraph style with this setting.
