In Vista, setup files are stored by default in a folder called «Program Data», accessible via «Computer» and then the name of the relevant harddisk volume, in this case, most probably «C:\» My suggestion would thus be for Ashu14 to look there for a file with the following name : OOo_2.3.0_Win32Intel_install_wJRE_en-US.exe (If Ashu did not choose to download the latest JRE version at the same time, «wJRE» will not appear in the name of the file). In the event this file has been run and the programme installed, he should see a sub-folder entitled «OpenOffice.org2.3» under another folder entitled «Program», which is found directly under «C:\» or the equivalent. If such a sub-folder is not found on his machine, my suggestion would be for him to return to the file mentioned above and double-click on it in order to install the programme on his computer....
