[users] Why does 2.3 have fewer fonts than 2.1?

I downloaded 2.3, thinking it would be a better deal, but it is  
missing many of the fonts I had in 2.1, at least one that I use  
regularly (Helvetica). Why is 2.3 missing so many fonts? Is there any  
way to transfer or copy fonts from 2.1 to 2.3?
