Spellchecking has at least two requirements. The dictionary is
associated with a particular language.
The document also is associated with a particular language (may be
several languages in different
paragraphs). The spell checker will work only when the dictionary
matches the language associated
with the paragraph of the document.
This is where I would begin to check for the problem. Is your document
using the same language association
as your dictionary?
