I don't know why some people do it but the question was in the Subject
line of the message. I have a feeling there's a web form somewhere that
generates these weird things. It's irritating but it does get the job done.
Of course the PC will have to have *some* software that can read the
files. Same with anything. If a PC doesn't have Microsoft Publisher it
can't read Publisher files. Weird question.
