Not quite.
You either have to provide source when the product is distributed, or
an offer for the source code that is valid for at least three years
after the offer is made. If one chooses the second option, then
anybody who desires source code may obtain it. If the first option is
chosen, then only one's customers are required to be provided with the
source code.
In either instance, pointing to a third party site for source code is
not an acceptable substitute.
