At someone else's suggestion (sorry, forget whose) I've put in a 
complaint to telia.com. I've had an automated acknowledgement from 
them.

If a few others did likewise, it might help, although I do notice only 
the single list "contribution" from Bo this morning - maybe she's been 
"fixed" already.
