That seems more like it.  I has 2 invoice db that I noticed

Is this more like what you want? http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Standard_Distributed_Schema

Run OpenOffice Base, answer the initial questions to create a new database and then select the tables you want to create from the drop-down list that appears. I have never before run Base but getting to that point was entirely straightforward

If this is not want you're after, please explain in more detail as it will have been clearly shown that I for one don't understand your requirement.
