I do this by having the data in a "text box" which can be moved around very easily. My envelopes have the addressee details roughly in the centre in 10 point and my own details top left in 8 point. Each is in its own text box. My letter template has an empty text box into which I can paste the addressee details from the letter itself. My own details are there in the template "hard coded". I *think* I could set up a "field" for the addressee so that when I type it into the letter, Writer would automagically insert it into the envelope but I haven't bothered to find out how to do this. -- Harold Fuchs London, England Please reply *only* to [email protected]
