I am trying to save an open office document. When I press save as and then request it save to my disc drive file I get the message: You do not have permission to save in this directory. See administrator to obtain permission. I've looked at the help file and can't find anything. I'm using Nero to save the file but it takes a lot of time. What am I missing? Also should I be downloading any patches for this program from the web site? I am very satisfied with your product, so far. Rhonda Wilson
