Silly question, perhaps, but which way round do you put the envelope 
into the printer?  Whereas /paper/ is always inserted in "portrait" 
orientation, envelopes generally go through open edge first, which may 
often mean in "landscape" orientation, particularly  for a DL or C6 
size.
