Either export your documents as a PDF file if you want a reasonably "universal"
file that everyone can use, or save them as a Microsoft doc file if you want
only Microsoft Word users to be able to use them.
Bear in mind many employers do not want a PDF. They want to be able to
read the resume into a database.
