In the future you may wish to Google/Yahoo/websearch for programs prior to agreeing to a download. As for being an OOo distributor; they are not listed here: http://distribution.openoffice.org/cdrom/index.html#cdrom But if they are following all of the OOo distribution policies & licencing, then they can certainly resell OOo - anyone can if they follow those.
