To Users: I also am having trouble with OOo 2.3.1 but mine is that it
will not install over 2.3 :-) No matter how many times I download and
try to install, I end up with showing only 2.3 as the version available
to me.

I clened the 2.3.1 version and am instaling the 2.3 one, that was working
perfectly.
