While this is not illegal, the fact that many of these distributors fail to inform people that the software can be downloaded free of charge, is morally questionable. To obtain a refund you will need to contact the person(s) to whom you paid your money. There is another website selling office software with the very deceptive url http://www.openoffice.com This site is not connected with and does not represent the official OOo project at http://www.openoffice.org.
