You could, of course, download the Russian version of OOo, but then you
still wouldn't have the correct fonts. I suppose you can download those
somewhere else. Then, if on Windows, go and change your keyboard layout
to something cyrillic (and on Linux too of course) I think there are two
possibilities, one that is easier to get used to and the other that the
Russians use themselves. I would go with that one, if only because I
would not want to have to adapt again if I ever get to Russia/Southern
Siberia and arrive in an internet café there.
