Hello David,

Since this mailing list is archived on the internet, please avoid
putting in the signature address and telephone numbers.

Regarding the lack of features you mention, the best thing to do is to
file a request for enhancement.
Go to qa.openoffice.org, search to see if the feature has been already
requested and if not fire away. Developers do not monitor this list,
but they certainly monitor the issues filed by the users.

On the issues themselves:
- Impress issue: you are right
- Writer's lack of shortcuts to increase/decrease fonts: you are right
- Cannot insert picture in text box in Writer: why do you need to do
that? if you use a frame you can insert any picture you like.

Cheers,

Michele
