Hi Gina
Try "Format - Character" - or just right click on the paragraph and
choose "Character". You will get a tab labelled "Font Effects" and in
there is "Font color" with a set of colours you can choose. You can
also "customize" your formatting toolbar to display an icon for font
colour if this is something you will use frequently.
