I'm just starting to use Open Office and the learning curve is pretty long, if not steep.
My first question is, in the scheme of things, probably a pretty minor one, but I'll start here. It's a pity that the Recent Documents List (under the File menu) is not at the bottom as in (dare I say it) Microsoft products -- I use it a lot, and it now takes an extra mouse click that is not necessary with Microsoft. Is it possible to relocate the list? But more importantly, the list shows all recently opened OO documents -- I find this a real pain, and I'd prefer to have a list of only recently opened Calc docs if I'm in Calc, and only recent Writer docs if I'm in Writer. Is there any sort of workaround that will achieve this? Lindsay Graham Canberra, Australia
