     In addition to what Robin wrote, could you create a file with this 
characteristic that does not contain any personal information? If you can do 
so, please post the file to the Internet and report back here as to the URL 
for the file. That way, others can look at it and possibly decide what is 
happening.
    If you can not find another web site, send it to me as an attachment to a
