I am using OpenOffice2.3.

My problem is this:

I just created a new tab in a CALC sheet by copying an existing tab that was
created in EXCEL. When the sheet was complete, I saved it. I was given two
options: save in existing Windows Office 95, or save to the new format. I
chose the new format.

When I tried to print the sheet on the screen I got the error message: "THERE
IS NOTHING TO PRINT. THE SELECTED PRINT RANGE OR SHEET IS EMPTY"

When I tried to view the document, using the PAGE PREVIEW button, an entirely
different sheet was displayed (the latest tab in the Windows 95 format).

The only way I could get the sheet to print was to go to FORMAT/PRINT
RANGES/DEFINE and highlight the entire page. Then print.

How can I get the sheet on the screen to print automatically??

Thank you
