Hi!  I am a new user to OpenOffice, coming from Word 2000.

When I create and send a document to a colleage, she opens the document in Word 
and it comes up as Final Markup Showing.  What changes do I need to make in 
OpenOffice so that, when she opens my document, it just comes up as Final?  We 
are creating legal documents, and I can't send directly to our clients until I 
get this fixed.  Thanks for your help!
