I just tried opening that file in Microsoft PowerPoint Viewer 2007. It failed with this error message: 'PowerPoint Viewer cannot open the file "PHS3_PRO.PPT" because the file was created in a PowerPoint version that the Viewer does not support. PowerPoint Viewer supports files created in PowerPoint 97 and later.' It looks to me like you've got a corrupted file.
