followed the link to Editing Tables Using the Keyboard. And then a

Did you use the Index tab page of Help Viewer? Are you missing some
links on the Help page that you found?
I wasn't meaning to criticise here, or to suggest that the help text
was lacking - quite the reverse, in fact. My point was to answer the
question I was asked - how did I know? - by pointing out (gently, I
hope) that all the information was immediately available in the help
text. No, I didn't need the Index tab: I got there without using
it. And by experimentation I meant merely that, when I had found the
relevant help text, I then familiarised myself with the techniques by
trying them out. I'd do that however good the help was.
