the best thing would be to have dynamical examples (kind of video) to
every function / command the program offers!

I managed to discover it in the help text. I think I went to Help
from the Columns tab of the Table Format dialogue, and then followed
the link to Editing Tables Using the Keyboard. And then a few more
help pages and a bit of experimentation ...
how can we improve the Help then so that you can find this information
faster and without experimentation?
Did you use the Index tab page of Help Viewer? Are you missing some
links on the Help page that you found?
