Hi, I am using OpenOffice 2.3.0 I have entered a 400 page document, and produced a alphabetical index of the names contained in it. I wish to clear the index and produce a different index that contains both Surname and forename for each person.
How can I delete the original alphabetical index so that it does not come back. I need to be able to clear the markers in the main text. Bill
