I am not aware of parts of the Windows version. You can try the
torrents download, which can resume after interuption. Failing that,
you could download it somewhere else, such as work or library, where
high speed access is available and then copy it to a USB drive or CD.
You can also purchace from one of the vendors listed on the OpenOffice
site. Please note we cannot vouch for any vendors. You may also find a
CD containing OpenOffice, included with some magazines.
Alternatively, and of more general use, you could use one of the
various free download managers around - these will when possible resume
an incomplete download from where it left off.
Sorry, can't remember program names now, as I download from freebsd
these days using wget; I suggest googling for "free download manager
XP" or similar.

I wonder if your reply will get through. My reply and another to his
