I have printing troubles that is best described as Envelopes don't print
(Using Open Office Writer version 2.3.1 on a PC running Windows Vista
Home Basic w/ Hewlett Packard LaserJet 6P printer.)
While attempting to print a single (#10)envelope, following the example
seen here:
http://www.openoffice.org/servlets/ReadMsg?listName=discuss&msgNo=61025
I receive a pop up error "Could not start printer. Please check your
printer configuration."
Did as requested. Found nothing to change in printer configurations.
To no avail.... envelopes still do not print!
FWIW, I can now print other type documents from various
applications(i.e. Open Office, Wordpad, Notepad, Firefox, etc)
point of interest...
Under the Envelope > Format tab, I did select "Env. 10" In the Printer
Envelope orientation tab,
I selected the 4th option(left vertical feed) & Print from top.
What additional information may I provide to possibly correct this
envelope printing issue?
