Hello, In the top centre of the screen (just above the slide) you will find 5 tabs (Normal, Outline, Notes, Handout, Slide sorter. Click on Handout. In the right part of the screen now (the task pane) click on the "Layout" label (between Master Pages and Custom Animations) and select the icon showing 4 small boxes. Done. The Online guide is done very well, but you may want to check out the Impress user guide which you can find at this address: http://oooauthors.org/en/authors/userguide2/impress/published/ or maybe buy the printed book at this address: http://www.lulu.com/content/881167 Cheers, Michele --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
