Suppose I've set references named R1 and R2 in my document, and I

the world, so I'd like to change them. How can I do that? They're
displayed in the Navigator, but I can't find a way to edit them.
Highlight the text that you've set the reference on, press Ctrl-F2,
click on the References tab, select Set Reference, type in the new name.
It'll kill the old reference - but that fact might not show up
immediately. That said, you'll probably lose any links to that reference.
I'll test this to be sure, but if it breaks links, it's not a rename, it's a
delete and recreate, and I already knew I could do that. Renaming is a pretty
fundamental operation, it seems to be, so it'd be nice if Writer supported it.
