[users] mac help

Hey there, I'm required to download this software program for a class  
I'm taking at the University of Houston at Clear Lake.  I have an  
Intel iMac that is brand new.  I've tried to download it outright but  
it's not working.  I tried the advice I found on your site from a user  
that said to copy the url and use the finder but the address didn't  
work because it said it wasn't found. Can you help me?
