File > Page Preview. Click the Format Page button. Click the Sheet tab: last
tab on the right. At the bottom, change the scaling mode. It is a drop down
list. It sounds like your setting here is Fit print ranges to width/height or
Fit print range(s) to pages with the number of pages being 1. The choice you
probably want is Reduce/enlarge printout. To the right is a scale in percent.
I will let you experiment as to which setting suits you.
