Dear experts, I have actually downloaded the open office, and to my surprise, the file in word document has asc II filter option pop up and may i know how to solve this problem? It is automatically saved in plain text as well, is it corrupted? It is totally unreadable. My pc has no viruses or malwares or whatsoever. I hope that you professionals can help me on this, please, i have to pass up my important document. Very very urgent and thanks for helping.
