Hello Sunyaro,

You have several options:
• propose your colleagues to install and use OpenOofice.org too
• send your file as PDF if they don't need to modify what you send

The exact rendering of a lay-out of a text you made depends on many factors,
like available fonts, default settings on your and their computers. Even
between 2 versions of MS Word there can be a lot of difference. If they have
a printer with fonts that are different from yours, it may already cause a
problem.

If you can be more precise about which features are different when they open
your file, we may be able to find workarounds or solutions to improve the
similarity between what you do and what they get...
