Format|Paragraph|Indents&Spacing|Line spacing You can easily add buttons for 1, 1.5, 2 spacing on the toolbar so that you can just click in the future: 1. View|Toolbars|Formating - make sure that is checked. 2. At the end of the Formating toolbar (turn it off/on a few times in View|Toolbars if you can't figure out which one it is) you will find a bar with a small arrow pointing down - click that. Then click "Visible Buttons". There you will find buttons for Line Spacing: 1, Line Spacing: 1.5, Line Spacing: 2. Click those and it will add the buttons onto the toolbar. In the future, just select the paragraph(s) that you want double-spaced then hit the Line Spacing: 2 button on your toolbar.
