Subject: [users] Mac OS X 10.5 Installation problem

I am running OS X 10.5 Leopard and I installed openoffice 2.3. I tried to run openoffice and it opened but all it did not load. All it did was show the mouse working symbol. Any ideas? X11 was installed with the OS so I did not install it myself.
