*exact* URL (htp:// ... what exactly?).
Exactly what is the problem you are experiencing? What error messages?
I'm afraid "it is not working" is not enough information for us to help.
You can download several different templates from
http://documentation.openoffice.org/Samples_Templates/User/template/
or from http://www.wordautomation.com/openoffice_templates.html
These are all *free* and don't need any user IDs.
