I downloaded it anyway (I only have a 12gig HD).
It said 107Mb for XP....but downloaded at 120Mb. 380mb?

You have to download the entire package. While you can install only
part of it, that's not recommended as it won't save much disk space and
may reduce functionality. A full install runs about 380 MB.
