At the moment we use the object EXCEL9.OLB and MSWORD9.OLB for writing
directly into word and excel.
We would really like to have our software perfectly integrated with
Open Office (also our software is free).
Could you help use to suggest the right way to use an alternative to
EXCEL9.OLB and MSWORD9.OLB for Open Office.
I’ve found nothing on the net! We are going mad!!!
Thank you very much!

t is possible to drive OO.o documents from within your VB6 application
via the OpenOffice.org API support for a COM bridge.
Please take a look at the posting in the Macro and Code Snippet, section
at www.oooforum.org and do a search for "VB6", there is quite a bit of
information.
Also you may want to check out the offerings at
http://pagesperso-orange.fr/hffm/ ( in French )
There are a number of other VB6 (.net and C#) - OOo packages around
also...again OOoForum.org is a good resource for finding them.
