You mean that you can still see the Standard toolbar but that it has
lost one or more icons?
o Click on the down-arrow at the extreme right of the Standard
toolbar and select Customize Toolbar... from the drop-down menu.
o In the Customize dialogue that opens, press Reset.
o You will be asked to confirm that you wish to reset the toolbar to
its "factory settings" - in other words, how it was when you first
installed OpenOffice. Press Yes.
