With the .csv open in Calc and an opened Base file:

1. In Calc select the all data (including headers) and copy.
2. In Base select the Tables icon, now in the lower right "Tables" pane,
right-click and select 'Past Special' - select Formated text [RTF]. That
will open up a panel for selecting a Table name etc., follow the prompts.
