Look at Edit > Changes. Does the context menu provide you with the tools
you need to collaborate? You might want to check Help. Enter Changes in the
search box under the Index tab.
The Write Guide probably explains how to use this to collaborate with
others on a document. http://documentation.openoffice.org/manuals/.
